Strategy must be understood, planned and implemented. We take the company through a series of steps to look at the company's reason for being, including creation/revision of a mission statement and a balanced scorecard of business goals. The result of this exercise will provide your business and team with a new sense of purpose and drive. Process Review This service can be an 'add on' to the Business Strategy review or a separate exercise. We review any selected business processes to look for efficiency improvements. Our experience shows that some processes have little or no benefit to a business, either they have simply time expired or just need a 'tweak' to support the goals of the business. Processes for review could include credit control, supplier management, filing etc. This service can also extend to quality accreditation assistance, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 9004. Business Health check This is an observational service in which we look at key management information/indicators to assess the strength of the company. We will also review key business processes, such as cash flow, supplier management, overheads review and customer relationship management practice, and make recommendations for improvement. |
